2017
It started as a research project , where curiosity and new knowledge grew faster and faster.
2018
With work and research, opportunities appear, and this time we enter the roasting process.
2019
The project begins to have an ever greater implication, we connect with baristas, coffee shops, roasters and entrepreneurs in the sector.
2020
Baristastuto was digitized during the pandemic and in response to the need to learn about new cultures and their ways of drinking coffee, the eBook "A Cada Taza, Una Cultura" was born.
Today
The #baristastuto project grows more and more, taking new forms and encompassing solutions that we never imagined when all this began.
